How to make
Cut the pork into pieces and fry it with a little oil. Remove it and put chopped livers to braise in the same oil, then add the chopped leeks and chopped chili peppers.
In a separate pot, sauté the sauerkraut with a little oil and then sprinkle it with paprika.
Combine the sauerkraut, meat and livers in a tray, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and paprika, stir and put to bake for about 20 minutes at 360°F (180 °C).
