Mix the cow's cheese with basil and oil and fill the bell peppers with this stuffing. Cut the eggplants into slices, roll them in flour and fry them in hot oil.
Cut the red peppers into long pieces. Thinly slice all the meats and arrange them along the perimeter of a large platter. Halfway along the perimeter, on one side, arrange the stuffed bell peppers, chopped tomatoes, olives, peppers, the feta cheese, cut into large pieces and the eggplants.
Sprinkle everything lightly with salt and black pepper and serve garnished with parsley stalks.
