How to make
Clean and boil the green beans in salted water, until they soften. Strain them and put them in a bowl.
On a grill pan, sear the turkey steaks. Do not season the meat before grilling it. Cut the steaks into julienne strips.
Add the meat to the green beans. Sprinkle the salad with finely chopped parsley and a crushed clove of garlic.
Season with a drizzle of olive oil, the juice and the grated peel of one organic lemon. Sprinkle with a pinch of black pepper. Mix all of the products well.
Serve Green Bean and Grilled Turkey Salad as a light lunch or dinner.
