How to make
Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the pork, cut into pieces, for about 5 minutes.
Finely chop the onion and garlic and add them to the meat.
Mix well and add the cleaned and cut into pieces green beans and the carrots cut into round slices.
Salt and pour 1 cup of hot water.
Cover the pot and let it boil for about 20 minutes.
Then add the peeled and diced tomatoes.
Sprinkle with flour, paprika, black pepper, oregano and bay leaf.
Add about 500 ml of warm water and let the green bean stew simmer on a low heat for about 20 minutes more or until the meat is fully cooked.
Optionally, serve the finished fresh green bean stew with pork sprinkled with fresh parsley.
