How to make
The onion is cut into small pieces, the carrots - into rings. They are put in a pot with heated oil and stewed until they are soft.
The green beans are washed, the ends of the pods are trimmed and cut into pieces.
Put the green beans in the pot together with the cubed zucchini and about 50 ml of water.
Shortly after that, the potatoes cut into pieces are added.
Stir the green bean stew periodically. Add the paprika, flour, mashed or chopped tomatoes and pour water.
The green beans are seasoned with salt and a little sugar (to balance the acidity of the tomatoes).
Simmer on a low heat until the beans and potatoes are cooked.
Shortly before the vegan stew is ready, add the crushed cloves of garlic, and finally - the finely chopped dill.
