How to make
Cut the lamb into portions. Then heat some fat in a pan and fry the meat. Remove the meat and add the chopped carrots and onion to the same fat.
Once the vegetables have softened, add the green beans. Stir briefly and add the flour and paprika, and finally the tomato juice.
As soon as the vegetable sauce boils for a few minutes, pour warm water. Return the meat to the sauce and season with salt.
Cook the stew over moderate heat. Shortly before the dish is ready, add the chopped garlic cloves.
Sprinkle with fresh dill and serve.
The lamb with green bean stew is very tasty!
