Mix the crushed garlic, chopped rosemary leaves, black pepper and juniper with enough olive oil to produce a paste....

Leave the sauce to boil for a bit and pour in the wine and juice of 1/2 lemon.
Add the meat and take the dish off the stove....

The leg is stuffed with garlic and rosemary.
Grease the top with butter....

Put the lamb cutlets with rosemary and wine to bake in a heated oven at {200°C} for about 1 hour and 10 minutes....
