Ingredients

  • grapes - 1 kg
  • rosemary - 3 - 4 sprigs
  • sugar - 400 g
  • honey - 2 tbsp.
  • lemon acid - 2 sachets

How to make

Separate 1 kg of grapes. Cut them in half and place them in a deep pan on the hob.

Add rosemary, honey and sugar and cover the mixture with water. Add the lemon acid.

Allow the mixture to boil until it thickens.

Strain the grape syrup you just made and pour it into a bottle.
