"The whole difference is in that pinch of rosemary, which we added with great inspiration to the grape juice"

Ingredients

  • grapes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • rosemary - 3 - 4 stalks or half a packet
  • sugar - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • honey - 2 tbsp.
  • citric acid - 0.7 oz (20 g)
measures

How to make

I used this recipe for the first time last year and I was satisfied, so I plan to try it again this year.

Let's roll up our sleeves and prepare this homemade juice for winter.

I separated the nicer grains from about 1 kg of grapes and put them in a deep pot on the stove. Then I added rosemary, honey, sugar and covered them with water.

Add the citric acid and leave it boil, until it thickens. It is strained and then sterilized in bottles or jars and that's it - you have a homemade syrup for you and your children.
