Ingredients

  • red grapes - 4.4 lb (2 kg) without seeds
  • hazelnuts - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • sugar - 4.4 lb (2 kg)
  • water - 1 and 1/2 cups
  • geranium - for aroma

How to make

Wash the grapes, remove them from the stalks, if there are seeds in any of them, cut the fruit in two and remove them.

Pour the grapes into a large tray and pour the sugar. Put it on the stove, add the water and stir. Boil, until the mixture has thickened.

Add the hazelnuts and the geranium just before the grape jam is ready.

Pour it into warmed jars and turn them with their lids facing down, until they cool.

The grape jam with hazelnuts is ready.
