Ingredients

  • grapes - 400 g seedless
  • lemon - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 30 g or to taste
  • ice - 150 g crushed
  • water - 500 g cold

How to make

Wash the grapes well and remove the grape seeds. For an easier process, you can use seedless white grapes.

Put the grapes in a blender (400 grams).

Add one lemon cut in pieces, peeled, without the white part and seeds. If its skins are thick, remove them too.

Add the crushed ice and 30-40 g of sugar and if you would like it sweeter, you can add more.

Turn on the appliance for a minute and a half to two to blend everything, so that there are no pieces of grape skin. In case your blender is not powerful enough and skins remain, strain the resulting juice.

Dilute with 500 ml of water and serve in a jug with more ice cubes if desired.
