How to make
Clean the green beans and blanch them briefly. In the middle of a large plate, put 1 whole egg. Around it, place some tomato crescents close together, the green beans on top, and finally- add crushed onions (on the very top).
Flavor the salad with salt, olive oil, vinegar and a little basil. Arrange the remaining 2 eggs, cut in quarters, along the periphery of the salad plate and serve.
