Ingredients

  • grated white cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • green beans - 1 jar
  • onion - 1 onion
  • butter - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • flour - 3 tbsp.
  • milk - 2 cups
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • yellow cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Strain the green beans and mix them with half of the butter and white cheese.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and pour half of the milk, beaten with 1 egg.

Put the baking pan in the oven for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce from the remaining butter, flour, milk and both eggs.

Take out the baking pan from the oven and pour the green beans with the prepared sauce.

Return casserole back in the oven until it cooks a bit more. Sprinkle it with yellow cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes.
