How to make
Boil the turkey meat in slightly salted water.
Finely chop the onion, carrot and pepper and stew them in a deep frying pan with a little fat.
Then cut the mushrooms into slices and add them into the pan.
Pour the rice and pour about 1 cup of water.
Season the dish with spices and pour it into a baking pan.
Arrange the meat and chopped cherry tomatoes on top.
Pour 2 cups of water in the baking pan, cover it with aluminum foil and put it in the oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 60 minutes.
Optionally, you can sprinkle the baked rice with finely chopped fresh parsley.
The turkey with mushrooms, rice and tomatoes is very tasty.
