How to make
First, I boiled the turkey leg in a multicooker on the meat program. Then I deboned it.
The next step is to clean, wash and cut the vegetables. I grated the carrot and I cleaned the mushrooms with a brush.
I mixed the chopped vegetables in the baking pan along with the rice, oil and meat, and added the spices. Mix well.
Pour the broth and the oven-baked rice is baked at 370°F (190°C) until done. It takes about 1 hour.
This turkey with mushrooms and rice is a very tasty dish - it can be made with chicken, but it is super tasty with turkey.
