How to make
Wash and clean the turkey. Keep the entrails.
In a frying pan, stew the onion, the finely chopped entrails, the finely chopped sauerkraut and the rice.
Add black pepper and paprika. Cook until the rice is translucent. Fill the turkey with the stuffing. Sew it and put it in a baking pan.
Spread it generously with the prepared mixture of melted butter, salt and paprika.
Wrap the ends of the thighs and wings with foil.
Cover the baking pan with foil and roast it for about 2 1/2 - 3 hours. At the end, remove the foil and roast the turkey a little more.
The stuffed turkey with sauerkraut and rice is ready.
