  • leeks - 1 stalk

How to make

Chop the onions and sauerkraut finely. Pour about 4 1/5 cups (1 L) water in a pressure cooker, add the chopped onions and sauerkraut.

Close and boil 30 min. Once cooled, open it and add the rice.

Once the rice is fully boiled, braise the flour in the oil, add the paprika and pour this mixture into the stew.

Season with savory and after 5 min. remove from the stove. I served it with bacon cooked in a grill pan.
