  • champignons - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • rice - 1 cup
  • tomatoes - 2
  • paprika
  • spearmint
  • savory
  • parsley
  • salt
  • oil
  • mushroom broth - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)

How to make

Wash and chop the mushrooms coarsely.

Pour oil in a pot and once it heats up, add the mushrooms.

Braise them to a golden color and add the finely chopped onions.
