How to make
Cut the meat into smaller pieces and place it in a pot with the black pepper and bay leaf.
Pour water two fingers over the meat and lightly salt it, put it on the stove to boil until it's fully cooked with the lid of the pot closed and on low heat.
Cut the onions and carrots into cubes. Separately, heat the oil and fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes, along with pre-washed and well strained rice.
Add the pre-peeled and diced tomatoes and cook briefly, add the paprika, stir and pour in the warm meat broth.
Once the rice starts to swell up, add the meat, add salt, if necessary and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Let it boil for about 5 minutes and remove the dish from the heat and close with a lid. The dish shouldn't be thick, so it becomes juicy and tasty!
