How to make
The first thing we do is cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and put it to boil.
Periodically remove the foam and add the salt, finely chopped spring onions and tomato.
We clean the nettles and wash them with hot water.
Cut the nettles finely and when the meat is almost ready, add them.
Leave them to boil for 20 minutes and transfer all this into a baking pan, where we add the washed rice and the spices.
Pour the broth and it should cover the meat.
If we don't have enough, top up the pork with rice with warm water.
Place it in the oven and bake until ready, but make sure the pork with rice and nettles remains juicy.
