  • pork - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • rice - 0.9 oz (250 g)
  • prunes - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • onion - 1 onion
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper

How to make

Cut the pork into pieces. Fry them in a little fat. Add the diced onion and carrot to them.

After a few minutes, add the finely chopped tomato. Add the rice and spices.

Pour the mixture into a baking pan, add the prunes and pour water.

Cook the oven-baked rice at 390°F (200°C) for 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
