How to make
Cut the pork into bite sized pieces and put it to stew in a little oil and water. Meanwhile, fry the onion in a little hot oil and add 2 tablespoons of water and salt. Once softened, add the pre-soaked and drained rice, salt, black pepper and paprika and stir.
Once fried, pour the chopped spinach in, add the meat and about 2 1/2 cups (600 ml) of broth. Allow the rice to swell and add very finely chopped cubes of tomatoes. Leave the meat on the stove until the tomatoes boil.
Season again with spices and remove from the heat. Optionally, you can transfer the spinach with rice and pork in a baking dish and bake it for 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven.
