How to make
Clean and wash the vegetables.
Heat the oven. Chop the onion and carrots and put them in a pan with the oil. Stew them, until soft.
Add the spinach and washed rice. Stir. Cook another 5 minutes.
Arrange the ribs, but they need to be boiled in advance. Pour from the broth - 1 cup.
Also add one cup of lukewarm water. Season with salt. Add the marinated mushrooms and 3 tbsp. from the marinade.
Bake in a moderately heated oven until the ribs are browned and the rice and vegetables are tender.
You can turn the ribs in the middle of baking.
Sprinkle the finished dish with black pepper.
