measures

How to make

Wash and dry the pork ribs, place them in a baking pan and drizzle them with oil, universal sauce and as much black pepper as you desire.

Stir and rub the spices well into them, place the baking pan in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) and bake them for about 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, finely chop the sauerkraut and onion. Heat the oil and fry the onion until it softens, add the sauerkraut and continue frying everything for about 5 minutes.

Add the paprika and the pre-washed and well-strained rice, stir and pour 2 cups of warm water, boil it for about 5 minutes or until the rice begins to swell up.

Distribute the so-called stuffing between the ribs and place the baking pan back into the preheated oven and bake everything until the rice is cooked.
