measures

How to make

Mix honey with barbecue sauce, ketchup, olive oil and a pinch of salt.

Rub the ribs with black pepper first and then with the prepared mixture. Sprinkle them with the rest, cover them and refrigerate them for 2-3 hours to 1 day.

At least an hour before you start cooking them, take them out of the fridge and pour the beer over them, so that it covers 3/4 of the ribs.

Wash, clean and cut the apples into thin slices. Drizzle them generously with lemon juice and arrange them on the ribs. You can also drizzle a little olive oil on them.

Bake the ribs in a low heated oven at 270°F (130°C) for 2 and a half hours, by covering the baking pan with a lid or foil, then increase the temperature to 360°F (180°C), until the meat and apple peel aquire a golden color and the liquid is reduced to about 1 finger.

Serve the pork ribs warm with your favorite garnish.

They require more time, but almost no effort and the result is worth it.

Enjoy your meal! The oven-baked pork ribs with apples and beer are unique.
