  • potatoes - 6 - 7 medium - sized
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • bacon - 3 - 4 slices
  • salt

How to make

Clean the potatoes and make transverse cuts without going all the way to the end. Arrange the potatoes into a fan shape in a greased baking pan.

Cut the bacon into thin strips. Insert the bacon strips into the slits of the potatoes.

Put the slices of the mushrooms into the potatoes. Season and drizzle with oil.

Bake the potatoes until golden.
