Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • bacon - 7 oz (200 g)
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • broth - 1 vegetable cube
  • honey - 1 tbsp.
  • salt
  • dried parsley
  • dried celery

How to make

Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into pieces. Wash and peel the mushrooms /cut the bigger ones/.

Put the ingredients in a baking bag. Add the bacon, honey and crushed broth cube. Season with salt.

Put the bag in the oven and bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 40 minutes.

Remove the stewed potatoes, pour them into a suitable container and sprinkle them with parsley and celery.
