How to make
Cut the peppers into juliennes. Shred the tomato in a bowl and add the crushed garlic. Clean the cauliflower and cut into rosettes.
Drizzle the paella pan with olive oil, saute the pepper and set aside. Add the meat and sear well (should turn golden brown in color). Toss in the frozen vegetables and cauliflower, and saute as well. Add the shredded tomato and garlic.
Cook for a few minutes and pour in the water. Bring to a boil, season with salt and simmer, until the vegetables are ready. Add more water, if needed. Before adding the rice, season with saffron and fill the pan with water.
Bring to a boil and add the rice. Reduce the heat, arrange the peppers you sauteed earlier and simmer without stirring, until the water is absorbed.
Set aside and cover the cooked paella with a lid for 5-10 minutes. Serve warm.
