How to make
Peel the tomatoes and chop them very finely. Heat the oil in a deep pan and put the tomatoes to simmer on very low heat. Add the chopped garlic, parsley, salt and fry until the water boils off.
In the meantime, prepare the meat. Crisp the chicken legs on all sides in heated oil. Add the pork.
Once the meats are fried well, pour in about 4/5 cup (200 ml) hot water and salt.
Leave them to boil until all the water evaporates.
Arrange the cooked meat in a tray, pour on the tomato sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
