  • pork chops - 1.8 lb (800 g)
  • tomatoes - 4.4 lb (2 kg)
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • leek - 1 stalk
  • roasted peppers - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • oil
  • parsley

How to make

Peel and chop the carrots and onions. Put them to boil. Peel the tomatoes and finely chop them.

Fry them in a pan with a little fat over low heat. Add the finely chopped garlic.

Stir periodically and when the water has evaporated remove it from the heat.

In a deep bowl, put part of the fried tomatoes and add the boiled carrots and onions.

Puree the mixture and pour it back into the remaining tomatoes. Add the peeled and finely chopped peppers.

Season with salt, fresh parsley and mix. Cut the meat into steaks and season it with black pepper and salt.
