How to make
Fry the bacon in heated oil for about 10-15 minutes, by turning it on both sides. When ready, separate it from the fat and set it aside.
On medium heat, in the same fat, fry the finely chopped onion with salt and black pepper, stirring occasionally. When it is ready, separate it with the bacon.
More oil is added on higher heat. The pork chops are seasoned with salt and black pepper and fried for 3 minutes on one side and on a lower heat on the other side for 7-10 minutes or until cooked through. When ready, remove and set them aside.
A little water is poured into the pan and the darkened parts are separated with a wooden stirrer. Pour the cream and stir for 2-3 minutes or until it thickens.
Add the prepared bacon. Stir the pork chops with cream sauce frequently for another 5-10 minutes, until the sauce becomes creamy.
When serving the pork chops in cream sauce with bacon they are covered with the sauce.
