How to make
For the juicy pork chops, the meat is sealed in a pan in a little fat.
Transfer it into a baking pan, pour water and cover it with foil. Bake in the oven at 370°F (190°C). Check it and when the meat can be torn easily, remove the foil and bake.
Meanwhile, make the mushroom sauce in a pan or pot.
Stew the mushrooms in the fat first.
If you use spring onions, add them towards the end.
If you use an a regular, add it in the beginning.
When the mushrooms are ready, add the cream and cream cheese.
Stir, until it thickens and serve the pork chops with mushroom sauce.
