How to make
Arrange the pork chops in a baking pan. Add the salt, cumin and beer. Arrange a piece of bacon on each pork chop.
Cover the baking pan well with aluminum foil and bake for 1.5 hours at 390°F (200 degrees).
Remove the foil and place it back in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Before you take it out, sprinkle with yellow cheese, bake for 5 minutes and serve.
