How to make
Prepare the marinade for the pork chops from the wine, tomato puree and spices.
Put them in it, wrap them in foil and leave them in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
Then arrange them in a greased large baking pan, pour the marinade over them and add a little water or wine.
Put them in the oven, which needs to be preheated to 370°F (190°C), for about 40 minutes - the liquid should evaporate and only the fat should remain in the baking pan.
Serve these pork chops with wine and tomatoes with a garnish of your choice.
