How to make
Cut the onion into crescents. Put it in a pan with heated olive oil.
Add the bay leaf and sliced mushrooms.
Pour a cup of warm water, salt and cover the pan.
Stew the vegetables for 10 minutes.
While they are stewing, grill the pork chops on a grill pan.
Add them to the onions and mushrooms, put the whole tomatoes, the tomato puree, a pinch of sugar and the black peppercorns.
Pour a cup of warm water. Cover the pan and cook the pork chops with tomato sauce and mushrooms, until the dish remains in fat.
