How to make

Prepare the marinade by mixing all the products in a bowl and mix them well.

The pork chops, that are cut into pieces, are poured over with the marinade. Cover them with aluminum foil and leave them in the refrigerator for 1 hour to season well.

Take them out and then sprinkle them with sea salt. Heat a grill or grill pan. Bake the chops on both sides until they're fully baked, take the off and cover them with aluminum foil to retain the heat.

Cut the cabbage into strips, grate the carrots on the wide side of a grater and mix them well.

Add yogurt, mayonnaise and salt and stir to mix flavors.

Serve a portion of pork chop with cabbage salad, topped with olives.

Ideal with a glass of wine.

Enjoy your meal!
