Ingredients

  • pork neck steaks - 4 pcs.
  • salt

  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • For the sauce
  • onions - 1 small
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • blue cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml) for cooking
  • black pepper - 1/3 tsp. ground

How to make

The pork chops are pounded, sprinkled with salt and spices to taste, then arranged in a greased baking pan.

Bake on both sides in an oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 40 minutes.

While the pork chops are baking, prepare the cream sauce. A small head of onion is finely chopped and stewed in fat.

Once the onion softens, add the crushed or crumbled blue cheese. Stir and after the mixture becomes creamy, pour the warmed liquid cream.

If the cream is not warm, the probability of it lumping up is high.

The sauce is seasoned with ground black pepper and poured over the pork chops.

Bake for another five minutes and remove them from the oven.
