How to make
Wash the pork chops and sprinkle them with black pepper and salt, then leave them for 30 minutes.
In a pan melt the butter and seal the flavored steaks on both sides. Take them out.
In the same pan pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Fry the chopped onion, add the flour and cook for a few minutes.
Add the wine and after another 3-4 minutes pour the chicken broth. When the mixture boils, remove it from the heat and blend.
Place the blended sauce back onto the heat and put the steaks inside. Stew for 5 minutes and turn off the stove.
The tender pork chops in wine sauce are ready.
