Arrange the steaks in an oven dish, add the sliced carrots, potatoes and garlic, and sprinkle them with spices.
Wrap the oven dish in foil and put it in the oven. Bake until ready. Optionally, you can sprinkle it with various cheeses after it's done, and put it back in the oven for them to get just a slight crisp.
