Cut the pork into pieces, season it with spices and put it to fry in a little preheated oil. When the meat is cooked, add the pickles, that have been cut into large pieces and the roasted eggplant, that has had its skin removed.
Mix well and after a few minutes, add the chopped pieces of soft tomatoes. Simmer the dish until the tomatoes soften well. Add the tomato juice, flavor with spices and let it simmer.
Shortly before the meal is ready, sprinkle on the garlic powder.
