How to make
Bake the peppers, peel them and remove their seeds, make a cut down the middle and arrange them in a plate.
Grate the tomatoes on a coarse grater and put them in a deep pan, along with a little salt and oil. Leave them on the stove until the liquid from them evaporates and you get a thick tomato sauce. Season it with black pepper and finely chopped garlic.
Pour the tomato sauce over the peppers and sprinkle with the finely chopped parsley.
