How to make
Grate the tomato and add the pressed garlic.
Heat olive oil in the paella pan and fry the two types of meat until they aquire a golden color.
Carefully push the meat to the end of the pan. In the middle, fry the chopped red pepper. After a few minutes, add the frozen vegetables.
Once they have softened, add the grated tomato and garlic. 1-2 minutes later pour warm water.
Season with salt and reduce the heat. Cook until the meat is ready and if water evaporates, pour some more.
Add the rice and saffron. As soon as the last liquid evaporates, turn off the heat.
Add to the paella a sprig of rosemary. Put the lid on and let it simmer for a few minutes.
The paella with chicken and rabbit meat is ready.
