How to make
The rabbit meat should be washed well and seasoned with salt. Cook it in a pressure cooker with 3 tbsp. of oil.
Once the meat is cooked and it changes its color to golden, add the carrots and onions. The potatoes, that are cut into chunky pieces, are also added to them.
Fry the rabbit with potatoes briefly and add the white wine and that much water. Cook it for 10 minutes with the lid on.
Then add the spices, tomato puree, tomatoes and peas. Add enough water to cover them. Cook the stewed rabbit for another 10 minutes.
Release the steam and open up the lid.
Serve the rabbit meat with peas and potatoes, sprinkled with dill.
