How to make
Cut the meat into bite sized pieces and fry it until golden brown in hot oil. Mustard, soya sauce, marjoram, salt and pepper are mixed in a bowl and added to the drained meat.
Pour half in a greased casserole or pot, place chopped onion, cheese and mushrooms over it. Add the remaining meat and pour the broth and wine in.
The pot is closed with a lid, placed in a cold oven and baked at 360°F (180 °C) for two hours.
