Soak the chickpeas in cold water overnight. The next day, they are washed, they are poured in a pot and covered with water. Boil them for about two hours.
In another cookware, fry the onion and the sliced carrot. Add the pork, puree, spices, flour and pour water.
Leave the dish to cook for about 20 minutes. Add the chickpeas and cook the dish for another 20 minutes, or until the meat and vegetables are fully cooked.
