How to make
Clean the nettles well and blanch them in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, until they soften. Then strain them and finely chop them.
Also chop the onion and carrots.
Heat the oil and stew the onion and carrots for a few minutes.
Add the boiled and strained chickpeas, a spoonful of flour, paprika, black pepper and mix.
Pour about a liter of hot water and leave the vegan stew to simmer for 15 minutes.
Then add the nettles, fresh spearmint, lovage and as much salt as you like.
Cook the vegan stew with nettles and chickpeas for another 10 minutes, then serve it.
