How to make
The soaked beans from the evening before are poured with water and are placed in a pot on the stove to boil.
After 20 minutes the water is discarded and fresh water is poured, in order to cover the beans.
Add the diced carrots and boil, until they soften.
Season with as much salt as you like.
Heat oil in a pan, stew the chopped onion, green pepper and washed nettle leaves.
Sprinkle with paprika, stir and pour the bean soup into the pot to boil for 5 minutes and remove it from the heat.
Add fresh mint (finely chopped).
