How to make
Cook the white beans until done. The dock is cleaned, blanched until it changes its color and finely chopped.
The cleaned onion and garlic are also cut.
Heat oil, stew the onion, garlic and dock.
Sprinkle with flour and paprika, mix and pour the cooked beans.
I skipped adding the flour in the vegan bean soup, you decide whether to add it. Add hot water and season with salt to taste.
Cook over low heat for about 20-30 minutes and remove the white bean soup from the heat.
