Ingredients

  • dock - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • butter - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • water - 3/4 cup
  • eggs - 3
  • flour - 3 tablespoons
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • black pepper
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • salt

How to make

Clean and chop the dock. Melt the butter in a pot, add the dock, then the yoghurt, water, eggs and 3 tablespoons of flour.

Stir everything well and let it cook on a medium stove, stirring regularly to prevent burning.

Finally, add the spices and chopped parsley. Allow it to stay on the stove for a minute and then withdraw it.
