  • oil - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • dock - 2 lb (1 kg)

How to make

Mix the flour, salt and water for the pie dough. Divide the dough into several balls and leave it to relax.

Roll out each ball separately, then let them dry a bit. Cut the well cleaned and washed dock into small pieces and fry in the oil.

In an oiled tray, arrange a layer of dough, a layer of the mixture and sprinkle lightly with oil on top.
